Timothy Sullivan
Timothy Sullivan serves as president and chief executive officer of Integrity Health Care Systems. A seasoned leader in long-term care administration, Tim started Integrity Health Care Systems in 2000 to provide operational and clinical support services to independent owners and operators of long-term care facilities. His mission to afford efficient and practical processes to achieve compliance with the regulatory environment of health care continues as new challenges emerge in the wake of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee – Knoxville in Business Administration, Tim is a fellow in the American College of Health Care Administrators and also serves as a mentor for student and newly hired administrators through the organization. He is an active member of the Florida Health Care Association and currently serves on the Reimbursement and Legislative Committees. He continues to devote his life and career to support and influence the delivery of ethical and quality health care services to the elderly.
Clinton Slier
Clinton Slier is the lead life safety and environmental compliance advisor for Integrity Health Care Systems. With more than 10 years’ experience in healthcare facilities management and environment of care operations, he works with long-term care organizations nationwide on pre-survey preparation and on-going interpretation and compliance with the federal and state regulatory rules, codes, and standards.
Clinton holds a Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP) certification from the International Board for Certification of Safety Managers, as well as a Certified Health Safety Professional for Health Care (CLSS-HC) certification from the NFPA (National Fire Protection Association).
His areas of focus include the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, NFPA 99 Health Care Facilities Code, NFPA 25 and NFPA 13 for Sprinkler System standards, NFPA 110 for Emergency Power Systems, NFPA 70 for Electrical Codes, NFPA 72 for Fire Alarm Codes, NFPA 96 for Commercial Kitchen Standards, NFPA 80 and 105 for compliant Fire and Smoke Door inspections, NFPA 10 for Fire Extinguisher Standards, OSHA regulations.
Clinton also develops disaster preparedness documentation, water systems management plans and Legionella prevention programs. He regularly trains in-house maintenance teams on mitigation practices and prevention programs.
As a member of the Florida Healthcare Association (FHCA) consulting team, Clinton supports members with physical plant, life safety and NFPA code knowledge and expertise.
He holds a bachelor of science degree from Florida State University.
